Long Term engagement

(£1500 pcm plus VAT)

1. This extended engagement normally lasts for a minimum of 6 months after the 90 DAY Consulting Engagement but can continue thereafter on a month by month basis for as long as our services are required.
2. The goal is to continue with skills transfer as well as help the management team work “ON” the business as opposed to “IN” thus driving strategy and reducing the amount of daily “fire-fighting”.
3. Consulting is done on-site for 2 days per month normally every fortnight for either:
   
   1. a half-day strategy meeting with the senior team plus half-day training/workshop or
   2. a full day strategy meeting or
   3. a full day workshop.
