90 DAY Consultancy Engagement

(£15,000 Plus VAT)

1. Includes Business Strategy Plan and “90 DAY Action Plan” for 10 days as shown above.
2. We work alongside you in your company for a full 3 months of which we allocate a further 14 Days during the 90 day engagement (Total 24 days).
3. We help you implement the plan through Strategy Meetings with the senior team, one-to-one sessions with various staff members, training groups of staff and/or running workshops to educate, communicate and motivate.
4. We implement “test and measure” tools and techniques for you to monitor the progress from staff and systems to make sure that you get the best value for money.
5. We assist in the development/improvement of staff handbooks, job descriptions, employment contracts, staff appraisals, staff incentives and staff employment and orientation procedures.
6. Skills transfer is encouraged in the areas above (as well as other areas such as Direct Mail and Advertising copy, management techniques, time management, customer service etc) so that skills remain after the engagement is complete.
