- 3 full days developing and writing the This Business And Strategy Plan™ (BASe Plan ™). The Business Strategy includes:
- A complete Business Plan that can be used to develop your business and to present to a financial institution for funding.
- A BASe Strategy plan™ with specific key goals, performance targets and our BASe Plan Action Program™ that includes milestones and agreed action points.
- A “90 DAY Action Plan” for you to turn your business around in 90 days or grow your business in 90 days and beyond.
- Business telephone support service included FREE for 90 days after completion of the Business Strategy Plan which helps support you to execute the strategies and to get you on to the “fast track”.

The standard layout of the his Business And Strategy Plan™ (BASe Plan ™) is:
- Executive Summary: Highlights and positioning summary of the plan and your business.
- Company Description: Legal establishment, history if existing or start-up if new, overview plans, etc.
- Product or Service: Description what you're selling. Focus on customer benefits and how they answer target market needs and wants.
- Market Analysis: You need to know your market, customer needs, where they are, how to reach them, etc.
- BASe Strategy plan™and its Implementation: Specific key goals, performance targets and an Action Plan for each goal are covered and include management responsibilities with dates and budget. The BASe Strategy plan™ covers the following areas:
- Unique Company Capabilities and Company Specific Unique Propositions
